The CODEplus Management Team is led by Jinan AbouShakra. Under her leadership the company, founded in 1995, has evolved into a leading provider of Systems Integration Services & Solutions in the fields of Information Technology, Logistics Automation and Professional Services. Ms. AbouShakra brings more than two decades of executive experience leading supply chain management and software engineering
companies in the development and implementation of innovative logistics technologies. Innovative and result-oriented leader focused on driving high performance standards and then meeting or exceeding those standards while sustaining competitive cost-effective pricing.
In addition to extensive corporate experience, she is active in professional organizations and is frequently consulted about improving operations and logistics processes using new and existing technologies. She is also a speaker and panelist at various conferences and industry events. Ms. AbouShakra holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Software Engineering from the University of Maryland and a Master’s degree from George Washington University.
Vice President of Business Development
Henry Jennings is responsible for all aspects of corporate growth, to include business development strategy, capture management, and proposal management. Mr. Jennings has extensive operations management and business development experience in the Federal professional services sector, having led the growth of several small and mid-sized professional services companies by emphasizing strategic planning, process
improvement, and superior communications.
Mr. Jennings began his career providing logistics support services to the NAVSEA AEGIS Program Office, which then led to several positions of increased responsibility. As his career progressed, he transitioned from a growth-oriented operations manager to a full-time focus on business development.
Mr. Jennings received his Bachelor's of Art in Economics and his MBA degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He is a retired Naval Reserve Supply Corps officer.
Sam Shakra has over 25 years of experience in managing accounting and financial operation of organizations in the federal and commercial space. At CODEplus, Mr. Shakra is responsible for Leading internal and external financial planning to oversee financial wellbeing of the company, reporting to the CEO; Spearheading internal and external audits, financial reporting, corporate and departmental
budgets, and is responsible for contract negotiations, including proposal pricing, contract executions, and contract maintenance. Mr. Shakra's responsibilities include ensuring compliance with government DCAA/DCMA, as well as fostering new and existing relationships with agents, clients, and subcontractors.
Mr. Shakra is active in the professional IT and government contractors communities and hold a Bachelor's of Science from the University of Connecticut and an MBA from The George Washington University.
