Developed by CODEplus, eManageIT™ QCS captures the product ID and the product weight . It compares the actual weight against the product expected weight for pass or fail decision, taking into consideration a user configurable weight tolerance. In case the product does not meet weight accuracy requirement, eManageIT™ QCS provides a trigger for identification and tracking of the defective product.

eManageIT™ QCS consists of an industrial OCS in-motion checkweigher with weighing conveyor unit and control tower. It also includes an omni-directional barcode scanner and server computer with eManageIT™ application software.

eManageIT™ QCS is a compact and modular solution, based on OCS dynamic weighing technology. It easily integrates with any existing material handling infrastructure. As a network ready system, it features integrated interfaces to ODBC compliant product databases and peripheral systems. Further, eManageIT™ QCS is designed to operate in a multi-system linked production environment.
