Responsibilities

-Communicates with customer via telephone, fax or email, in a positive, tactful way demonstrating sensitivity to customer's problems
-Logs and organizes incoming calls from Customers and End Users
-Escalates difficult issues to appropriate Help Desk Analyst Level
-Performs follow-up communication to customers to ensure incident closure

Work shift based on the following schedule:
Mon-Fri 7:00 AM - 1:00 PM (Flexible hours/ Rotating Shifts)
Sat-Sun 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Flexible hours/ Rotating Shifts)

Requirements

This is an entry-level position which requires High school diploma or GED and 2 years or less of work experience in a related field. Individual will provide phone support to users using knowledge base and other aids available to call center analysts. Individual will have a courteous phone presence, excellent communication skills, and good writing skills. Possesses strong customer service skills. Has general computer skills, basic understanding of customer service techniques, and ability to learn technical information.
